A San Francisco native, Shannon Fong has lived in Los Angeles since 2001. She started her family in La Crescenta and now serves Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and La Cañada. As a real estate professional, Shannon’s business expertise runs deep. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics and communications at the University of California, Davis, and a master’s in accounting with an emphasis in finance at the University of Southern California. Since then, she has worked in finance and has been forecasting, analyzing, and presenting financial data as well as interpreting contracts for more than 20 years.

 

Shannon is also a social media specialist with around 600,000 followers, which is a tremendous advantage to clients in her network. “I learned on my own how to grow organically, share my findings, and connect with people,” she says. Her financial, communication, and negotiating skill sets work to her client's benefit. A tireless go-getter who identifies opportunities that she pursues relentlessly, Shannon says, “I believe in over-communication and giving it my all.”

 

In her spare time, Shannon gives back to the community, volunteering at the Pasadena Humane Society, participating in beach cleanups, and serving food on Thanksgiving mornings at her kids’ school. Mother to two daughters, Shannon loves every minute spent with her kids. Together, they like baking, being outdoors, and giving treats to their Maltese Pomeranian, Sawyer.
