Get to Know Me

Originally from Mumbai, India, Nikhila “Nikki” Pai came to the United States in 2009 and earned her master’s degree in physical therapy at Loma Linda University. She went on to complete an MBA as an honors student at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, where she studied marketing, corporate strategy, and data analytics.
 
After more than a decade in health care as a physical therapist and manager advocating for patients, Nikki’s transition to helping real estate clients came naturally. Her skill set is well suited to a real estate professional: client advocacy, fiduciary responsibility, maintaining confidentiality, respecting cultural sensitivity, managing shifting priorities, paying attention to the details, and maintaining effective, timely communication.
 
Nikki credits her own initial experience with real estate as her inspiration. It was a nervous business buying in a seller’s market, but her agent helped her through the process, earned her lasting gratitude, and remains a good friend. “I feel if people have a family doctor they go to, they should also have a family real estate agent,” she says with a laugh.
 
Giving back to the community, Nikki volunteers in an adult day care center and is passionate about the rights of older adults and people with dementia. At her leisure, she enjoys travel and is so fascinated by the details that she likes to plan trips for her friends, too.
